Tested under fire!

In May 2024, I was documenting a 6,000 mile motorcycle trip via the Time Warp function on the GoPro Hero7 (one second of video every 30 seconds). 1,000 miles into my journey however, I had a very bad wreck from which I am still recovering. The camera and housing were sheared off the bike. The lens was shattered. The USB connector was bent. However, it did not pull out of the housing! There is not a scratch on my camera! Also, all my footage is intact! I have footage of not only the wreck, but also (thanks to the person who saw my GoPro on the ground and picked it up and placed it pointing towards me!) the aftermath with people, police and rescue! The housing is no longer usable, but it did its job very well! I just ordered a housing for my new Insta360-X3 which I plan on using when I am able to ride again. Now, I need to get a new housing for my GoPro Hero7 Black so I can have multiple cameras running! Fantastic product! Highly recommended!
