This is exactly what you need if you want to wear your gopro for a long day and keep it recording. Awesome product.
To use external battery on boat for a day, there is three issues.
1. Battery life
2. Wave splash
3. Heat generation when using external power supply
X-PWR is not only good for 1 and 2 as you know but also 3.
Because this metal body work as heatsync I think.
GoPro body temp is better than before.
design material all high quality is the best for your camera
I use a YOLOtek power stick to power my GoPro on my fishing boat leaving it not 100% waterproof even with silicone putty. Bought this for water protection. This thing is built like a tank! More protection than I will ever need on the water (I hope🥴) It also looks really cool. Highly recommend
