OOPS! An error in a production machine setting resulted in a whole batch of X~PWR-H5 36” cables that were cut to 34” length
They may be short but they meet our strict quality standards in every other way.
NOTE: The cables are shipped as a kit with the X~PWR-H7 seal pad included so they can be either X~PWR-H5 or X~PWR-H7* version cable.
*Also fits X~PWR-SW7
Note that this cable is designed to fit the X~PWR H5 or H7 kit ONLY.

The "kit" contains the cable and the H7 seal pad, but not the clamp to keep the plug in place. Technically the description is correct, but I find this misleading as the clamp is an essential part to keep your GoPro weatherproof. Disappointing, especcially since shipping to EU costs a fortune, compared to the value of the item.
Why would someone order the cable without the clamp?
This is the most UNFAIR review I have received in the history of the company.
You were too miserly to order the X~PWR H7 kit so you go to the 'SALE' page and order a cable that I sell at my cost due to its non-standard length.
Then you expect a US$12 cable to include a US$22 retainer. Really!!
BTW even the cable and retainer alone wouldn't do you any good without the X~PWR H7 housing.
You said it yourself, 'Why would someone order the cable without the clamp?'
