Yesterday was opening day of hunting season, the adhesive was not strong enough to hold the usb-c cable in place and it was not charging my go pro. That was the first time I ever used it.

3M VHB is one of the most robust acrylic adhesives available. It is used on applications such as automotive badges and name plates and heavy building signage.
However, it MUST be applied correctly in order to perform to specifcations. It is apparent that you didn't do that.
The X~PWR H5 has been around for several years and failures of the adhesive have all been traced to improper installation.
I would be happy to provide a replacement pivot block if you would like to give it another try.

I have a hero 7 and it seems no one makes a pass through door for that model. I found this product and was really happy to have a solution that enables me to run my camera for long periods on my bike without having to change batteries. Seems like good quality too. Thanks 3BR Powersports.
This is my 3rd purchase of this product. I have one on each of my three Hero 5 Black GoPro's that I use as in car cameras in my race car. I originally started with one camera and added two more over the years. The quality of this product has not changed from the first to the last. Well thought out, well made, and well packaged. Even includes an alcohol prep to clean the area you will adhere to. Keep up the great work!
