Need an extra X~PWR Ace or X~PWR SS Ace cable for a spare or separate application?
These cables are the same as those in the X~PWR kits.
Cable is USB Type A plug to USB-C RIGHT ANGLE with a compliant all-weather seal feature that mates with the Insta360 Ace and Ace Pro cameras
Note that these cables are designed to fit the X~PWR kits ONLY. They will NOT latch to the camera without a retainer.

I thought the customer service was good, they really did try, but the 66" power cord failed to work with my battery bank.

Using the X~PWR Ace SS cable for your HERO5 was an attempt to fix your issue.
While I tested it on my HERO5, HERO6 and HERO7 where it worked perfectly, it clearly didn't fix your problem
It's not the cable.
