A removable, replaceable Brulloy™ seal cap protects the power port from dust and water. USB cable connection is all-weather when used with a 3BR Powersports’ patented TAPP CAPPed cable. TAPP Panel Mount Adapter kit includes one TAPP CAPP kit for use on any USB cable.

  • Fits in a standard cigarette lighter hole (7/8” diameter)
  • Protection Rating: IP64 (Water wash down) when capped or when TAPP CAPPed USB cable is plugged in. None when a standard USB Cable is plugged in.

Only USB charger I will use

I only use 3BR usb for motorcycles. I have never had an issue and the hold up great

Great weather tite solution

Works like advertised, the body size was slight too small for my existing hole so I installed an o-ring around the body to take up the slop and it fits snug. If I would ask to change anything on this design it would be to shorten the cord length, since this is a panel mount and needs to plug into a usb socket the extra cord just makes more bulk to store. Better yet make panel mount version with a hardwire charger installed and eliminated the USB connection !
